|  This month's featured brewery:The Captain Cook Brewery is housed in the White Swan Public House.
Production started in 1999 with recipes created by the then owner Brian Skipp.
The ales produced were enjoyed greatly by the customers of The White Swan & attracted clientele from around the area, helping the pub win many prestigious Camra awards including Cleveland Camra Pub of the Year 2008.
Production facilities were greatly increased in 2007 to accommodate the constant request of discerning licensees wanting to offer Captain Cook ales to their customers.
At the Online Beer Festival we are delighted to be able to offer, for the first time, Captain Cook Brewery's range of bottled beers.

|  | We are pleased to announce the arrival of our first Gluten-Free Bitter
We are pleased to able to supply our favourite Gluten Free Bitter; Against the Grain (gluten 5.1ppm) which is smooth, creamy, has a good head and is full flavoured.
This beer will allow many Coeliac's sufferers to enjoy a proper beer!
Coeliac Disease is an intolerance of gluten - one of the proteins that is in grains such as barley, rye, oats and wheat. The gluten means that a group of genes cause an immune response which damages the intestines.
Indistinguishable from normal beer, it was supplied to Harrods for their "Truly British" promotion in Autumn 2005 and was a blue rosette winner for taste at the Chesterfield CAMRA festival February 2006
Feedback from attendees at the Gluten Free Beer festival includes; "Excellent" - "Fabulous beery flavour" - "Twenty out of ten" - "Really good bitter beer".
